The structure is a nested loop with uniform spacing. Every band occupies exactly 1/180th of the vertical space. Every fade follows the same opacity curve: 0 → 0.15 → 0. Every layer waits the same duration. The work is competent. The timing is calculated to create a scanning effect. The opacity transitions are smooth. The spacing is mathematically precise. But competence is not the question. The question is whether this object, as it exists, demands preservation.
